Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order within one hour after it has been placed.
Please contact our customer service team via the contact page. Make sure to do so within the first hour if you wish to change the size or design before we begin processing your order.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Paws For Good, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they receive. If you are unhappy with an item, our team will assist you promptly.
How do I return (part of) my order?
If you decide to return products within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the total purchase amount within five business days after receiving the returned items. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Steps to Return a Product
- Send an email to info@iska-reykjavik.com stating that you wish to return (part of) your order.
- Wait for a response from customer service confirming whether the return has been approved.
- If approved, carefully package the product, preferably in its original packaging.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by customer service.
- Send the tracking number (Track & Trace) to our customer service team.
- Once we have received and inspected the package, we will refund the product amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Products in sealed packaging that has been opened.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Personal items.
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
- Products in certain categories (such as Beauty, Kids & Baby, or Sports) that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Cancellation After the Deadline
Orders are processed immediately in our system and therefore cannot be canceled after the first hour.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
Unfortunately, products may be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, the right to return expires.
To speed up the process, please send us a clear photo showing the damage. Ideally, take the photo on a flat surface where both the product and labels are visible. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and prevent future errors.
If the item is damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If the replacement item is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Defective Items After Use
Some manufacturing defects may become apparent over time. These must be considered genuine defects: broken or faulty components that do not meet manufacturing standards.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to:
- Drive belts
- Batteries
- Brake pads and brake discs
- Brake pads and brake drums
- Chains
- Lighting
- Gear shifting components
- Tires and inner tubes
- All moving parts in general

Incorrectly Delivered Items
We do our best to fulfill orders accurately. If you receive an incorrect item, we will resolve the issue by sending the correct product at no cost to you.
